आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष से 25 वर्ष के मध्य होनी चाहिए.
इस योजना का लाभ उठाने वाले परिवार की वार्षिक आय 120000 से कम होनी चाहिए.
